Terms of use
Last updated: 18 October 2026
These terms govern your use of k4econsultancy.com (the "website"), operated by K4E Consultancy Limited ("K4E", "we", "us"), a company in Hong Kong with its office at Flat/Rm 210, Block D, 2/F, Mai Tak Industrial Building, 221 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. K4E is a licensed employment agency, Employment Agency Licence No. 84186.
By using the website, or by submitting an application or enquiry through it, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Our services
K4E provides recruitment services, introducing candidates to employers for permanent, contract and executive roles. Job advertisements are published in good faith on behalf of our clients, whose identity may be kept confidential until an appropriate stage. Details of a role may change, and a role may be filled or withdrawn at any time without notice.
Advertising a role, or receiving an application, does not create an offer of employment or any obligation on K4E or our clients to interview, shortlist or employ you. Any employment is a matter between you and the employer.
2. No fees to job seekers
The maximum commission a licensed employment agency may lawfully charge a job seeker is prescribed by the Employment Agency Regulations (Cap. 57A), currently 10% of the job seeker's first month's wages after successful placement. K4E does not charge job seekers any fee or commission. Our fees are paid by the employers we work with, under separate terms of business. If anyone claiming to represent K4E asks you for payment, please do not pay and report it to us.
3. Your submissions
When you submit a CV, application or enquiry, you confirm that:
- the information is true, accurate and not misleading, and is your own or you are authorised to provide it;
- you agree to us using it for the purposes described in our Personal Information Collection Statement; and
- your files do not contain viruses or other harmful code.
We may decline or remove any submission at our discretion.
4. Acceptable use
